**Job Purpose** Operation,Trouble shooting , Preventive & shutdown maintenance of section Equipments.Reduce the breakdowns and improve the section Equipment availability through PM checks.Maintain inventory for critical equipments & maintenance. Utilization of available resources to fulfil the plant requirement.Improve productivity by managing/minimum maintenance cost and resources .Ensures a safe, secure work environment in section by implementing the safety standards requirements in section. **Job Context & Major Challenges** **Key Result Areas** **KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)** **Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)** KRA1 Accountability 1. Supervise & coordinate electrical maintenance activities to maximize the Section Equipment availability. Scheduling of Weekly maintenance & shutdown jobs. Workout to fulfil the material & manpower requirement. - Troubleshooting and corrective action of Electrical breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality back to normal within least possible time. - Daily Energy monitoring of section Equipment. - Complience to all PM checklist, Preventive maintenance of Equipment. - Ensuring Safe work Enviroment by implementing all Safety standard. - Identification /Implementation of energy saving projects. KRA2 System Implementation 1.Organize & Implement the safety standards and WCM systems through the involvement of people for plant improvement and productivity. Identify abnormalities, unsafe conditions and execute improvement jobs. KRA3 Modification / Upgradation Identify the abnormalities & unsafe conditions at site and doing modifications / upgradations on continuous basis to improve plant performance. KRA4 Safety & statutory compliance 1.Carryout the required checking, testing as per guidelines. Take corrective measures for deviations. Identify & rectify unsafe points & unsafe practice in the area. - Ensuring implementation of adequate safety measures to ensure accident free operations of the plants.
