Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Job Summary The Test Lead in Networking Automation plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of projects through comprehensive testing strategies. This position is responsible for planning, deploying, and managing the testing efforts to meet both client and internal requirements. By leveraging expertise in networking and automation, the Test Lead will contribute significantly to the enhancement of testing standards, the development of automated frameworks, and the mentorship of QA engineers, ultimately ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Engage In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Team Members To Understand Design Specifications, Identify Performance Concerns, And Inconsistencies, And Prepare Automated Test Scripts Using Python, Ensuring That Test Environments Are Properly Maintained And Up To Date. 2. Develop And Enhance Automated Tests For New System Features And Enhancements, Create Detailed Work Plans, And Monitor Progress To Ensure Timely Delivery While Adhering To Defined Quality Standards. 3. Design And Implement A Reusable And Scalable Test Automation Framework Utilizing Python, Develop Comprehensive Test Strategies And Plans, Manage Test Data Effectively, And Provide Status Reports To Mitigate Project Risks And Address Escalations. 4. Guide And Mentor Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework, Enhancing Their Technical Skills In Networking And Automation, And Increasing Overall Team Productivity. Skill Requirements 1. Strong Understanding Of Networking Concepts And Protocols. 2. Proficiency In Python For Test Automation And Scripting. 3. Solid Experience In Developing Automated Test Frameworks And Strategies. 4. Familiarity With Performance Testing Tools And Methodologies. 5. Experience In Managing Test Environments And Ensuring Infrastructure Readiness. Other Requirements 1.
