This position is for Sarlanagar Cement Works, Sedam, Karnataka Engineer/Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager JB 11 Professional Experience Description Shall be able to handle Shift engineer duty of Cement plant from Crusher to Cement mills Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills Shall have operation / Maintenance / trouble shooting knowledge in Field equipment such as weigh feeders , Rotoscale systems for Coal / Kiln feed , VFDs , DCS / PLC hardware, software and Gas analysers Knowledge of operational interlocks of Cement plant for major equipment Job Profile • KRA 1: Maintenance & trouble shooting / Calibration knowledge of Gas analysers of Siemens / ABB • KRA 2: Maintenance & trouble shooting knowledge of VFDs , SPRS / DC drive : Yaskawa / ABB • KRA 3: Maintenance & trouble shooting / Calibration knowledge of Weigh feeders, Kiln & Coal Feeding systems , Schenck / FLS • KRA 4: Maintenance & trouble shooting of PLCs / DCS systems of Siemens PCS7 w r t interlocks , bypassing etc KRA 5: operational knowledge of Cement plant interlocks Professional Qualifications Essential: Diploma / Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation engineering Preferably: Degree / Diploma qualification in Instrumentation engineering Professional Experience: (specify range in yrs) – 5 to 8 years
