Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required): - To drive General shift Maintenance for mechanical-1 section to achieve the target with zero harm - Annual budget preparation of Kiln & Cooler area - Knowledge SAP, My Setu & Clip - Annual S/D planning - Inventory management in section with good spare planning ability - Implementation of all safety standard in section to achieve zero harm - Implementation of systems & Audits in section - Sound knowledge on Mechanical equipment for maintaining better efficiency & reliability - Having good communication skills to influence & engage the team - To maintain S&S & RPM expenses as per budgeted norms. - Develop subordinates in all respect **Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills** - Technical knowledge - Vision & strategy - Zero compliance to safety - Drive the team - Improving work area through Innovative Idea - Planning & Budgeting
