Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required): • To drive General shift Maintenance for mechanical-1 section to achieve the target with zero harm • Annual budget preparation of Kiln & Cooler area • Knowledge SAP, My Setu & Clip • Annual S/D planning • Inventory management in section with good spare planning ability • Implementation of all safety standard in section to achieve zero harm • Implementation of systems & Audits in section • Sound knowledge on Mechanical equipment for maintaining better efficiency & reliability • Having good communication skills to influence & engage the team • To maintain S&S & RPM expenses as per budgeted norms. • Develop subordinates in all respect Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills • Technical knowledge • Vision & strategy • Zero compliance to safety • Drive the team • Improving work area through Innovative Idea • Planning & Budgeting
