Role Overview: Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact software project(s) involving multiple dependencies, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership in Agile delivery, risk management, stakeholder alignment and quality governance to ensure predictable and value-driven outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in Agility, ambiguity, anticipates risks early, drives structured execution, and ensures delivery excellence while maintaining customer focus and process compliance.. Key Responsibilities: Project(s) Delivery & Governance • Lead projects across full lifecycle phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure). • Deliver projects on schedule, scope, cost, and quality commitments. • Manage interdependencies across teams, architecture streams, and releases. • Maintain complete project documentation, reporting, and audit readiness. Risk & Dependency Management • Maintain active risk registers and mitigation plans. • Identify cross-functional risks and proactively drive resolution. • Manage escalations and resolve complex delivery challenges. • Consolidate risks across projects and communicate impact to leadership. Stakeholder Management • Coordinate with Product Manager/Business owner, Product Owner, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and leadership teams. • Provide transparent status reporting through dashboards and reviews. • Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes. • Build strong relationships across global and cross-cultural teams. Agile Execution & Value Delivery • Drive Agile delivery practices. • Ensure backlog prioritization aligns with roadmap and customer value. • Enable continuous delivery and iterative value release. • Track delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, release readiness, and defect trends. Quality, Compliance & Process Excellence ? Ensure adherence to SDLC, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements. • Drive root cause analysis, structured problem solving, and process improvements. • Support internal and external audits. • Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Team Leadership • Build and lead high-performing teams in collaboration with functional managers. • Remove impediments and protect teams from disruptions. • Foster transparency, accountability, and collaboration. • Coach teams on Agile principles and delivery excellence. Restricted • Customer-Centric Execution • Establish customer know-how • Align project decisions with customer impact and business value. • Monitor customer feedback, usage insights, and escalations. • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost outcomes for customers. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in software development and project management. • Minimum 2 years managing software delivery projects. • Strong experience managing multi-team, cross-location, and cross-cultural environments. • Proven track record of delivering high-stake programs successfully. Required Skills\\ • Strong expertise in risk management, stakeholder management, and dependency resolution. • Solid understanding of SDLC, software engineering practices, and quality processes. • Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Lean, continuous delivery). • Knowledge of requirements engineering and backlog management. • Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, estimation techniques, WBS, RCA, RACI Matrix, Risk Management Techniques and reporting dashboards. • Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. • Ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex cross-functional problems. Preferred Qualifications • Organizational project management certification (e.g., RDPM Type S or higher) / PMI-PMP certification. • Basic experience in regulated environments such as medical or healthcare.
