Key Responsibilities • Support Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models • Troubleshoot issues related to data refresh, performance, and report accuracy • Handle user queries, access issues, and report enhancements • Validate data consistency between Snowflake and reports • Optimize report performance and query efficiency • Support report deployments and version control • Maintain documentation and report inventory • Collaborate with ETL team for data-related issue resolution • Ensure adherence to governance standards and reporting best practices Required Skills • Strong experience in Power BI (reports, datasets, DAX, Power Query) • Knowledge of data modeling (star schema, semantic layer) • Experience with Snowflake or cloud data platforms • Understanding of data validation and reconciliation techniques • Good communication skills for handling business stakeholders Expectations from Role • Adherence to SLA-driven support model • Participation in shift-based support (if required) • Proactive communication of blockers and risks • Strong focus on documentation and knowledge sharing • Alignment with project governance and escalation protocols
