Job description

• Proficiency in BIM software (Precast Tekla, Trimble Connect, AutoCAD) • Understanding of construction drawings and detailing. • Basic interdisciplinary knowledge (Architecture, Structure, MEP). • Developing models according to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and client requirements. • Ensuring compliance with company standards, naming conventions, and modeling guidelines • Accuracy and attention to detail. • Create and update 3D parametric BIM models. • Extract drawings, sections, schedules, and assist quantity surveyors and project teams by extracting quantities from the BIM model. • Inputting and managing asset data, specifications, and parameters. • Maintaining object libraries and family components. • Updating project databases with accurate information. • Ensuring consistency between model data and project documents. • Support clash detection and issue resolution processes. • Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and execution plans. • Coordinate with engineers and leads for design accuracy. • Model updates and issue tracking • Eagerness to learn and follow instructions • Team collaboration and punctuality
