JOB DESCRIPTION **POSITIONDESCRIPTION** JOB TITLE: Preraka GRADE: DM-I DEPARTMENT: Social Services LOCATION: HO/RO TYPE OF POSITION: Full-time REPORTS TO: Regional Manager SocialServices REPORTING INTO: NA ROLE PURPOSEOBJECTIVE Diksha and Chillar Bank are financialliteracy programs which have been designed to give low-incomefamilies across India the knowledge and tools they need to savesafely, reduce financial risk, and make informed, intelligentfinancial decisions. Prerakaare key resources who help in executing this program by providingtraining to the customers. - Accomplishingthe set Targets for Enrolment, Certification and Savings accountsfor the Customers by educating them about various financialproducts. - Facilitates the access of necessary financial tools for the customers to help in financial planning. Support the Branch Teams with necessary coordination with the customers. - Maintainingand updating registers and MISs on time SIZE OF THE ROLE FINANCIAL SIZE NON-FINANCIAL SIZE - 2,00,000Budget to Manage Annually - 3000+ Customers to train annually KEY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE **Business** - Educatingand training the customers on various financial products andtools - Convertingthe interested customers for various financial products ofUjjivan - Facilitates the access of necessary financial tools for the customers to helpin financial planning. - Supportthe Branch Teams with necessary coordination with the customers. **Customer** - Impart trainings on the financialliteracy programs to the customers to help them with betterfinancial planning. - Record and furnish the feedback fromthe customer to the Supervisors. - Maintain good work relationshipUjjivan Branch Team and its Supervisors for smooth functioning ofthe FLP activities at allotted branches. **Internal Process** - Impartingtraining to beneficiaries - Training branches on our programswhen required. - Maintenanceof Registers and updating of MIS in time - Regular maintenance of accurate MISand good reporting systems. **Learning and Performance** - Attendingtraining as and when nominated for MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE SKILLS Educational Qualifications - Graduate Experience - Fresher/1 year of experience Certifications NA Functional Skills - BasicComputer knowledge - Basicreport writing skills. - ExcellentCommunication skills - Ability to train the beneficiarieswho are uneducated or lacks basic education. - Abilityin Local language Basic English - Interestfor actively engaging with communities. - This job entails 100% travelling tofield. **Behavioral Skills** - Strong communication skills - Quality Interpersonal skills, andability understand the requirement and provide explanations indetail. - Must maintain a clean image and beprofessional in all approaches. - Excellentinterpersonal communication skills - Passionand desire towards training and sharing knowledge **Location -** Pune,Ambarnath,Thane,Mumbai,Surat,Vadodara,Nagar,Aurangabad,Chowk,Rajkot,Bardoli
