Process Specialist

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage process documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in banking processes and implement changes. • Develop and maintain process maps, flowcharts, and other visual tools to facilitate understanding among team members. • Analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and effectiveness. Job Requirements : • 0.6-2 years of experience in BFSI or Fintech industry, preferably in a back office or operations role. • Strong knowledge of banking processes, including account opening, and customer service.
