We are looking for an active, quick-thinking Purchase Officer to join our Cloud Kitchens procurement team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, focusing on high-quality raw materials and ingredients. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build a career in supply chain management. **Key Responsibilities** - P2P Management: Execute and oversee the complete Purchase-to-Payment cycle, ensuring seamless procurement of raw materials and food ingredients. - Cost Optimization: Identify and lead projects aimed at reducing procurement costs without compromising ingredient quality. - Risk Mitigation: Proactively assess supply chain risks & delays and implement strategies to ensure 100% material availability for kitchen operations. - Data & Reporting: Prepare weekly MIS to track procurement spends, order statuses, and vendor performance. - SAP Operations: Utilize SAP (MM module preferred) to raise Purchase Orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory data. - Solution Provider: Act as a first responder to supply disruptions, providing quick-thinking solutions to keep kitchen production lines running.
