ROLE SUMMARY The role holder is responsible for managing team of Product Managers handling Current Account product suite with primary focus on product innovation and development, digitization, business delivery, customer journey and life-cycle management, competition benchmarking, market know-how and regulatory guidelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities Product Process / Engineering / Re-engineering / Tech understanding Industry / Competitor understanding to spearhead or drive initiates to meet organizational objectives Incorporating game changing propositions for Current Account and leading from the front to achieve unit goals • Overseeing the management and commercialization of the products • Ensuring agile delivery of product/process changes as per changes in regulation and market conditions Core Responsibilities Responsible for CA products and proposition management for the bank Championing adoption and proliferation of digital technologies through core competence / partner alliances /platforms and solutions Responsible for Business and P&L objectives for Non-Individual and Self-Employed Segment (CA). Responsible for overall CA product strategy including quality acquisition, deepening of book, new product launch, portfolio management and profitability. • Improve the Customer life cycle framework, portfolio quality & attrition control, campaigns. • Responsible for segmental Marketing initiatives strategy and execution. Driving skill development & Knowledge enhancement initiatives. Coworking with key stakeholders (CMS, Trade-Forex, TBG, Customer Rewards, Technology, Compliance, Operations, Audit, Program & Channel Teams, etc.). People Management or Self- Management Responsibilities Developing and maintaining a consultative approach to product management Developing support systems to seed, nurture and grow talents Management of the product team and corporate office team for effective delivery on the business asks Responsible for creating a motivational environment for self / team and other colleagues
