**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Develop and implement strategies for gold loan products, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis for product development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new gold loan products or services. - Monitor performance metrics to optimize product offerings and improve customer satisfaction. - RBI Regulatory engagement. - IT / LOS / System development. **Job Requirements :** - 5-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in gold loan operations or strategy development. - Strong understanding of gold loan operations, policies, and regulations. - Excellent presentation skills for effective communication with stakeholders on product audits and policy framing.
