Roles and Responsibilities : • Develop and implement strategies for gold loan products, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis for product development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new gold loan products or services. • Monitor performance metrics to optimize product offerings and improve customer satisfaction. • RBI Regulatory engagement. • IT / LOS / System development. Job Requirements : • 5-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in gold loan operations or strategy development. • Strong understanding of gold loan operations, policies, and regulations. • Excellent presentation skills for effective communication with stakeholders on product audits and policy framing.
