Role & responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap • Define and execute product vision and roadmap for the in-house App & Website for B2C platform. • Identify customer pain points and product gaps to improve user experience. • Prioritize features based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility. • Work closely with Tech, Design, Marketing, and Category teams for timely execution. Platform & Catalogue Management • Oversee end-to-end catalogue management across: • Apparels (Men / Women / Kids) • General Merchandise • FMCG • Ensure accurate product listing, content quality, attributes, pricing, and availability. • Optimize search, filters, product discovery, and merchandising. • Improve conversion rate through structured catalogue and content strategy. Customer Analytics & Insights • Deep dive into customer behavior, cohorts, and buying patterns. • Monitor funnel metrics (Traffic ATC Conversion Retention). • Use analytics tools to drive data-backed decisions. • Improve customer journey and enhance lifetime value (LTV). P&L Ownership • Own and manage E-commerce P&L for the platform. • Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost efficiency. • Monitor CAC, contribution margins, discount impact, and ROI. • Work with Finance & Category teams for forecasting and planning. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy • Plan and execute GTM strategies for: • New category launches • App feature rollouts • Campaigns and seasonal events • Collaborate with Marketing for digital campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs. • Ensure alignment between product positioning and brand messaging. Growth & Optimization • Drive initiatives for: • Market share growth • Customer acquisition & retention • Revenue per user improvement • Continuously test and optimize through A/B testing and performance analysis. Cross-Functional Leadership • Act as a bridge between Business, Tech, Marketing, and Operations. • Lead sprint planning and ensure timely feature delivery. • Work closely with catalogue specialists and analytics teams. Preferred candidate profile • MBA / Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field from Tier-1 College • 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce Product Management. • Experience in B2C retail / Omni channel business preferred. • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
