Product Support Engineer

Job description

**Job Location:** Khandala MIDC, Phase-II, Village Kesurdi, Tal.- Khandala, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra. **Designation:** Deputy Manager **Department:** Product Support (PMPS) **Formal education & Experience:** BE Mechanical with 9 to 15 years **Role & responsibilities:** - Review order indents and ensure correctness. - Participate in internal kick-off meetings and provide technical inputs and ensure resolution of any technical concerns. - Review and approve Pump Quality Control Plans (QCPs) - Prepare and release an error free pump part list in SAP for standard pumps - Ensure the release of Technical supplement and implement part list changes as per revised indents and QCPs received during the course of project execution. - Prepare manufacturing drawings and assembly check drawings for regular and development orders for API and Non-API pumps. . - Assist the 3D modelling team in generation of 3D models by providing required 2D drawings and other dimensional inputs, participating in checking the models etc. - Resolve technical issues reported during Assembly & Testing and from site. - Implement order specific development activities and analysis in coordination with KSB Tech through offer permits. Evaluating the effort hours quoted by KSB Tech. - Create pattern layout drawings and requisitions for new parts to be developed. **Defined competencies:** - Working knowledge of AutoCAD - Knowledge of SAP MM & PP modules - Knowledge of ASME and API standards - Experience of handling Engineering activities for API pumps **Behavioral Competencies:** - Time management and work prioritization - Good communications skills (verbal and written) - Responsive to Internal and External customers **Perks and benefits:** - **5 Days Working** - **Insurance** - **Transportation** - **Canteen**
