Position- Production Engineer Location: Pune Qualification Bachelor's Degree in: • Mechanical Engineering • Electrical Engineering • Electronics • Instrumentation • Mechatronics • Industrial Engineering • Engineering Technology Experience Minimum 5 years of experience. Preferred Industries Manufacturing, Packaging, Material Handling, Plastics, FMCG, Food Processing, Process Industries, and Automotive Components. Job Purpose Manage and optimize automated production operations by integrating: • Mechanical Systems • Industrial Automation • Electrical Controls • Instrumentation • Production Technology Key Responsibilities • Ensure uninterrupted operation of automated production lines. • Manage conveyors, shredders, compressors, ducting, dust collection, and utility systems. • Operate and monitor PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, and VFD systems. • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation breakdowns. • Conduct RCA and CAPA activities. • Improve OEE, productivity, throughput, and machine utilization. • Drive line balancing and bottleneck elimination initiatives. • Support installation, commissioning, and automation improvement projects. • Implement productivity, energy-saving, and cost-optimization initiatives. • Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and operational compliance.
