Roles & Responsibilities: 01) Responsible for plant capacity enhancement. 02) Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment. 03) Ensure no sale loss due to production. 04) Ensure wastage reduction (RM/PM, Water, FG, etc.). 05) Ability to create & manage production budget. 06) Responsible for planning & executing and total preventive maintenance. 07) Initiating cost saving projects. 08) Ensure optimal utilization of resources. 09) Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business objectives. 10) Focus on standards of food safety, hygiene on production area, Blowing, filler area.
