Job Summary Production Management: Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities in the Coil and System Tubing Shop. Ensure timely and quality production of coils, tubing assemblies, and related components. Responsibilities • Production Management: Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities in the Coil and System Tubing Shop. • Technical Oversight: Understand the process requirement of System tubing shop. • Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs. • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions. • Quality Control: Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements. • Conduct inspections and tests on products before supply to assembly lines. • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team. • IMS, Safety audits. • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train operators. • Allocate manpower efficiently and monitor performance. • Promote a safe and productive work environment. • Maintenance Safety: Ensure proper maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment. • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health safety regulations. • Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements. • Implement lean manufacturing, cost-saving initiatives, and best practices.
