**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled **Production Manufacturing API Engineer** with 26 years of experience in developing, integrating, and supporting APIs within manufacturing or production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in API development, system integration, and production support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs for manufacturing applications. - Integrate APIs with ERP, MES, SCADA, and other production systems. - Monitor and troubleshoot API performance and production issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver technical solutions. - Ensure API security, scalability, and high availability. - Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation. - Support production deployments and resolve incidents within SLA timelines. **Required Skills:** - 2–6 years of experience in API development and integration. - Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP protocols. - Experience with Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, or Python. - Knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL). - Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), or production environments. - Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and API testing tools like Postman. - Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an added advantage.
