Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Program Lead - 2 Wheeler Loan Business: Retail Assets Function/ Department: 2 Wheeler Loan Place of Work: HO, Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities: ' • Manage, onboard and maintain the partnerships with manufacturer and alliance partners • Create suitable metrics for performance measurement and tracking brand level market share. • Develop & manage project plans through deep understanding of market, competitor, and business strategy. • Track Actual vs. Budget & ensure minimal variance with different programs & portfolio Interventions. Secondary Responsibilities : ' • Define and deliver program/product features, validate with the market and drive end- to-end delivery. • Ensure successful execution of the project rollout by liaising with sales team and partner • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to propose new program, product or services. • Develop strategic marketing/branding plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning. • Specifying manufacturer requirements basis on-going feed-back from customers, channel & analysis of different Programs. Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities : 'To focus on aligning the Programs Strategy with the overall business & growth strategy of TW business. A Program Lead is responsible for managing the Programs Team & get best out of the team to meet the expectations of the organization & customer needs.
