Profile: Business product (funnel management and business management) Vertical: Lending EMI | Role: Program Management | About the role Own end-to-end business product outcomes for Lending EMI — funnel health, business management, and growth levers. You will drive  business, funnel design and performance, partner with Sales, Credit, Ops, and Tech, and translate business goals into clear product and operating plans. Key responsibilities -Own product / business P&L levers for assigned EMI products or segments (volume, conversion, quality, revenue) -Design, monitor, and optimise the full sales and credit funnel (lead → login → sanction → disbursement → activation) -Set funnel targets, diagnose drop-offs, and drive corrective actions with Sales, Credit, and Ops -Build and monitor the physical touchpoints required for the product. -Define and track business MIS / KPIs; run weekly / monthly business reviews with leadership -Drive product and process improvements that lift conversion, TAT, and customer / partner experience -Partner with Scheme, Lender, and Program teams on launches, offers, and go-to-market -Align Credit policy, Ops capacity, and Tech roadmap to business priorities -Build business cases for new products, features, or channel plays; track post-launch outcomes -Coach / guide analysts and cross-functional partners on funnel and business metrics Why join us: We support our people by providing a range of flexible working options so they can work in the way that best suits them.
