Web Product Manager

Job description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Max Healthcare websites. • Must have hands-on experience managing high-traffic websites with a focus on optimizing user funnels, landing pages, and driving online lead generation . • Deep understanding of web performance, user journeys, and conversions. • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uninterrupted website performance. • Coordinate regular website maintenance, issue resolution, bug tracking, and quality assurance. • Ensure timely implementation of content, functional, and technical updates. • Work closely with development teams to build, test, and launch new website features. • Ensure releases are delivered on time with minimal business disruption. • Partner with UX/UI designers to improve user journeys and conversion rates • Monitor website KPIs and performance metrics. • Experience of managing external development and design agencies. • Handles the entire workflow: Internal Requirement Gathering UI/UX Layout Layout Design Agency Timelines & Development Testing/UAT Launch.
