**Design Cafe is hiring Project Manager – Bathroom Renovations** Location - Bangalore **We at Make My Bath (by Design Cafe) are solving the fragmented bathroom renovation experience which typically involves multiple vendors, unclear costs, delays, and inconsistent quality. Our model provides an end-to-end solution across design, delivery, installation, and post-installation service. We bring transparency, predictable timelines, and quality assurance through a structured execution approach. This includes a 30-day guaranteed installation timeline, transparent pricing post design sign-off, and a 5-year warranty with post-installation support.** **● 2–5 years of experience in Civil/Construction/Renovations Project Management** **● B.E./B.Tech or relevant background** **Key Responsibilities:** ● Project Execution: Own end-to-end execution during installation; ensure timely and high-quality delivery. ● Customer Management: Act as SPOC; manage communication and escalations. ● Planning & Tracking: Drive daily planning, execution tracking, and reporting. ● Timelines: Prepare and manage schedules, and manpower planning. ● Cross-functional Coordination: Work with design, planning, vendors, and site teams. ● Material & Process: Ensure material readiness and SOP adherence. ● Site Readiness: Conduct feasibility checks before execution. ● Timeline Management: Ensure milestone and overall timeline adherence. Quality Control: Ensure zero snags at handover. ● Inventory Control: Track and return unused materials. **Requirements:** **● 2–5 years of experience in Civil/Construction/Renovations Project Management** **● B.E./B.Tech or relevant background** ● Strong ownership and execution mindset ● High transparency and customer focus ● Residential project experience preferred **Success Metrics:** ● % projects delivered within 30-day timeline ● Customer NPS and escalation rate ● Snag count at handover & first-time-right execution ● Process adherence and accuracy ● Material readiness and wastage control ● Team productivity and coordination efficiency Interested ,Drop in your profile at rajshree.dayal@designcafe.com
