We are looking forward to hire Project Management Professionals in the following areas : QAD ERP Project Manager Role Overview We are looking for an experienced QAD ERP Project Manager to lead large-scale QAD implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support programs. The role requires strong project leadership, customer management, team management, and business-growth orientation . Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end QAD ERP projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk are well managed. • Manage large and geographically distributed teams and build strong second-line leadership. • Own customer relationships, governance, escalations, and executive stakeholder communication. • Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement. • Work with Presales and Solution teams on proposals, estimations, solutioning, and new business opportunities . • Identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, rollouts, and account growth . • Promote adoption of AI, automation, new technologies, and modern delivery methods . • Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes. Required Skills & Experience • 15+ years of IT experience with strong QAD ERP project management experience. • Proven experience managing large teams and complex/global projects . • Strong QAD implementation, upgrade, rollout, or support experience. • Excellent customer-facing, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Agile and adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Preferred Certifications Relevant Project/Program Management certifications.
