The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Job Overview: The Project Manager – Survey Programming will be responsible for creating, programming, and managing online surveys to collect data for market research purposes. This role involves working closely with research analysts and Project managers to ensure that surveys are designed and implemented effectively to gather high-quality, actionable data. Key Responsibilities: Survey Design and Programming: Develop and program online surveys using survey software tools. Collaborate with research teams to understand survey objectives and design requirements. Implement complex survey logic, branching, and gamification as needed. Data Management: Ensure accurate and efficient data collection and storage. Manage vendor masked links. Monitor survey response rates and data quality throughout the fielding period. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of surveys to identify and fix any issues or bugs. Review survey results for inconsistencies or errors. Stay updated on the latest survey programming best practices and software updates. Project Management: Communicate with project managers regarding project status and any issues that arise. Coordinate with external vendors to manage data collection. Team Management: Mentor and supervise 1-2 team members and ensure the quality of work produced is upto required standards. Qualifications: ● Graduate degree in any discipline. Technical fields preferred ● 6-8 years of expert proficiency in survey software tools such as Forsta (Decipher/ConfirmIT) ● Digital/online market research experience ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
