Job Description We are looking for a tech-savvy and patient individual to join our Finance team in Chennai. As a Sr. Finance executive , you will be providing timely resolutions, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Key Responsibilities • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and prevent overdue debts • Identify and address any issues or reasons for non-payment • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Resolve disputes or conflicts related to payments thru mail / calls with the customers & OPS teams • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations • Collaborate with the finance team to implement strategies for faster collections • Ability to work independently and meet collection targets Key Tech Stack & Skills Required: • Proficient in using collection software and CRM systems • Should have knowledge in FEMA / EDPMS • Knowledge in SAP/S4 • Good knowledge in MIS • Bachelor's degree (BCom) or MBA or CA /ICWA Inter in finance or a related field is preferred Recognition & Achievements We have been recognized as a Star Performer in Data & AI Services Specialists - Everests North America PEAK Matrix 2025, and as a Leader in AIMs Pema Quadrant of Agentic AI Service Providers - 2025.
