The Qa/Qc Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance and quality control procedures across project activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, client specifications, and applicable codes. Daily tasks include reviewing drawings and technical documentation, preparing and maintaining inspection and test plans, conducting site inspections, and documenting non-conformities with follow-up on corrective and preventive actions. The role involves coordinating with engineering, construction, procurement, and HSE teams to resolve quality issues, performing material and workmanship checks, and supporting audits and certifications. The Qa/Qc Engineer will also prepare regular quality reports, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to training and awareness on quality standards and best practices. **Qualifications** - Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, quality standards, inspection and test plans, and non-conformance management in EPC or infrastructure projects. - Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and relevant codes and regulations (e.g., ISO standards, industry-specific guidelines). - Experience with site inspections, material testing coordination, documentation of quality records, and audit support. - Ability to use common QA/QC tools and software for reporting, data analysis, and documentation management. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline); relevant certifications in quality management or inspection are an advantage. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders on-site. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. - Prior experience in large infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects, especially within an EPC environment, is highly beneficial.
