QC Engineer - TV

Job description

Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end quality inspection of TVs to ensure the finished product meets defined quality standards before dispatch. Key Responsibilities: • Perform end-to-end inspection of TVs, from assembly to final packing. • Check product appearance, functionality, and overall workmanship. • Identify defects such as incorrect/misplaced labels, stickers, logos, screws, cables, or components. • Verify that all parts and accessories are correctly fitted and positioned. • Conduct functional testing of the TV and identify any abnormality. • Ensure packaging, markings, and product information are correct. • Record defects and coordinate with the production team for corrective action. • Ensure only quality-approved products are released for dispatch. Key Skills: • Attention to detail and strong observation skills. • Basic knowledge of TV components and functional testing. • Ability to identify even minor quality deviations. • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
