Quality Engineer - Engine Assembly

Job description

1.    A candidate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality- Engine Assembly and Manufacturing operations. 2.    Strong working experience in Engine Assembly manufacturing processes. 3.    Detailed knowledge of engine components, assembly methods, manufacturing operations and quality requirements. 4.    Hands-on experience in preparing and executing PFMEA. 5.    Good understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving methodologies. 6.    Experience in implementing Mistake-Proofing (Poka-Yoke) solutions. 7.    Proficiency in quality tools and data analysis techniques. 8.    Hands-on experience with 3D CAD tools as a user for reviewing product and manufacturing data. 9.    Data Analysis Tools - Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate 10.    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams). 11.    Good English communication and the ability to handle the project independently with minimal guidance. Roles and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Quality/Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in Engine Assembly processes and manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving manufacturing quality improvements, conducting PFMEA, implementing mistake-proofing solutions, analyzing quality data and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
