Job Title: Mechanical Billing & PMC Quantity Surveyor Location: Jharsuguda, Odisha Experience: 4-8 Years Industry: Industrial Projects Job Summary We are looking for a Mechanical Billing & PMC Quantity Surveyor with 4-8 years of experience in industrial project execution. The candidate should have expertise in quantity estimation, billing, measurement verification, and coordination with Project Management Consultants (PMC) for mechanical works. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and verify RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor bills for mechanical works. • Review and certify quantities executed at site as per approved drawings and BOQ. • Coordinate with PMC, client, and site teams for measurement verification and billing approvals. • Track work progress and maintain records of quantities and variations. • Prepare quantity take-offs, material reconciliation, and progress reports. • Support contract administration, change orders, and claim documentation. • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and quality standards. • Monitor project costs and assist in budget tracking. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. • 4-8 years of experience in mechanical billing and quantity surveying for industrial projects such as steel plants, power plants, manufacturing units, refineries, or similar facilities. • Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, quantity estimation, and billing processes. • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills • Experience working with PMC consultants and EPC contractors. • Knowledge of piping, structural, equipment erection, and mechanical installation works. • Ability to handle multiple project stakeholders and meet project deadlines. Interested candidates should have hands-on experience in industrial project billing, quantity surveying, and PMC coordination.
