Manager, R&D Tax Credits-- About the Rol ADP is seeking an experienced Manager, R&D Tax Credit s to lead a high-performing team within our Business Incentives organization. This role combines R&D Tax Credit expertise, people leadership, client relationship management, operational excellence, and strategic business growt h .The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Research & Development (R&D) Tax Credits/Tax Incentive s, experience managing teams, and the ability to partner across Sales, Service, and Executive Leadership to drive revenue growth, client retention, and service delivery excellence .
