**Role & responsibilities** 1. To become an expert of in Growing the Balance Sheet ( Assets & Liability) as offered by TCB unit across product range HL, LAP, CCOD, Education Loans etc 2. To engage with branches/sales and impart training to employees about TCB products and help them generate leads from quality borrowers 3. To process loan files and create benchmark in speedy disbursement of quality loans To grow career in TCB unit and scale up business through branch/sales network **Preferred candidate profile**
