React js Tech lead

Job description

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have\\\\ (Ideally should not be more than 5-7) • Strong expertise in React.js and TypeScript architecture design • Hands-on experience with Firebase (Feature Flags, Firestore, Auth, Hosting) • Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization and debugging • Proven ability to handle production support issues and root cause analysis • Experience leading a team of developers and reviewing code quality Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) • Experience with package upgrade and microfrontend architecture • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation • Familiarity with Node.js for integration and tooling • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
