TCS is Hiring For ReactJS + Nodejs (Walkin CHENNAI Location only ) Experience: 7+ Years Location: Chennai Role : ReactJS + Nodejs Skill : ADDRESS: Chennai Tata Consultancy Services, 1st floor, No 415/21, 24, Kumaran Nagar, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Sholinganallur, Chennai-600119 (Interview Mode : Walk in Drive! -Date : 19-SEP-26(Saturday) Time : 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Job Description: ReactJS + Nodejs • Design, implement, and deliver innovative payment experiences and merchant-facing tools for agentic commerce • Build responsive frontend applications with React.js, Next.js for merchant and customer-facing experiences • Drive engineering excellence through robust CI/CD practices, comprehensive testing, and modern DevOps workflows • Own end-to-end quality of deliverables throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Leverage AI tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and maintain high-quality code • Proactively identify and troubleshoot integration or technical issues in payment systems • Adapt swiftly to a fast-paced environment and manage continuously changing business needs Technical Requirements Core Technologies: Good to have skills : React , JavaScript , React Hooks, HTML, CSS and Typescript/Node.js is a plus • Strong proficiency in React.js for frontend development • Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript development practices • They should have a solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. • Frontend Engineers must be detail-oriented and strive for pixel-perfect designs. • They should be able to implement designs provided by UX/UI designers accurately, paying close attention to typography, layout, and colour. Accessibility, responsive design and performance are table stakes during development. • Problem-solving and critical thinking: Frontend Engineers should be able to solve problems and think critically about the design and functionality of the user interface. • They should be able to break down complex problems into smaller parts and find solutions to them. • They should also be able to anticipate potential issues and come up with solutions to prevent them from occurring. Communication and soft skills: Engineer should be able to work with different stake holders (product manager, tech leads and UX), clearly able to articulate the requirements and their work. • Engineer should be flexible while working with team and initiatives DevOps & Infrastructure: • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices • Cloud-native and serverless architecture experience (AWS/GCP preferred) • GitHub Actions for workflow automation • Experience with containerization and orchestration Development Practices: • Strong testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end) • Code review processes and maintaining coding standards • Performance optimization and scalability considerations • Security best practices, particularly in payment systems Personal Traits & Work Style • Independent self-starter who can work autonomously and drive projects forward • Quick learner who thrives in complex, evolving technical environments • AI-collaborative - comfortable partnering with AI tools to enhance productivity • Adaptable to changing requirements and emerging technologies • Customer-centric mindset with focus on user experience • Willing to take calculated risks in a continuous change environment Preferred Experience • 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Node.js and React • Experience in payments, fintech, or transaction processing systems • Background in refactoring and modernizing existing codebases • Participation in tech communities, hackathons, or open source contributions • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
