Role Description The Real Estate and Infrastructure Project Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing real estate and infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet cost, quality, and timeline requirements. The Project Leader will manage vendor and contractor relationships, oversee construction and fit-out activities, and ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, preparing status reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders (such as facilities, finance, and business units), and addressing operational issues in office infrastructure and workspace management. The role also involves optimizing space utilization, supporting sustainability initiatives, and contributing to long-term real estate strategy for the organization. Role Overview   We are seeking an experienced Real Estate & Infrastructure Project Leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of lab facility integrations within a fast-paced M&A environment.  This role will play a critical part in ensuring that newly acquired lab environments are successfully integrated into IQVIA global standards , enabling business continuity, regulatory compliance, and scalability.  The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in infrastructure project management , with exposure to lab environments (pharma, biotech, clinical, or R&D) . Experience in corporate office real estate projects is a strong advantage.    Key Responsibilities   1. Infrastructure & Lab Integration Delivery   ·      Drive site assessments to identify infrastructure gaps vs. corporate standards  ·      Lead planning and execution of lab infrastructure integration projects , including:  o  Facility server upgrades  o  Equipment relocation and setup  o  Network and IT infrastructure readiness  o  Compliance alignment (safety, regulatory, data integrity)  ·      Ensure seamless transition of lab operations with minimal business disruption   2. Cross-functional Coordination   ·      Act as the central interface across:  o  IT (network, security, workplace services)  o  Lab Operations / Scientific teams  o  Facilities & Engineering  o  InfoSec and Compliance  ·      Align stakeholders on project scope, risks, dependencies, and milestones   4. Governance & Standards   ·      Ensure adherence to IQVIA infrastructure and real estate standards   ·      Implement structured project governance, reporting, and KPIs   ·      Drive continuous improvement and LEAN practices across integration activities  ·      Oversee budgeting, vendor management, timelines, and risk mitigation for IT     Key Requirements   Experience   ·       10-12+ years of experience in:   o  Infrastructure project management  o  Real estate / facilities delivery  o  Large-scale integration or transformation programs  ·      Proven experience managing complex, multi-site projects   ·      Experience in lab environments (preferred) :  o  Pharma  o  Biotechnology  o  Clinical labs  o  R&D facilities  Core Skills   ·      Strong project/program management expertise (waterfall + agile exposure is a plus)  ·      Deep understanding of:   o   Infrastructure systems (power, cooling, networking, safety systems)  o  Facility design and operations  ·      Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills   ·      Ability to operate in matrixed global organizations   Nice-to-Have   ·      Experience in corporate office real estate projects   ·      Exposure to M&A integration environments   ·      Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GMP, GxP, data integrity standards)  ·      Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):  o  PMP / Prince2  o  Facility Management certifications  o  LEAN / Six Sigma    Leadership & Competencies   ·      Strong ownership mindset with execution focus   ·      Ability to manage ambiguity and fast-changing priorities   ·      High level of collaboration and influencing skills   ·      Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capability     Why This Role   ·      Direct impact on business-critical lab operations integration   ·      Exposure to global M&A programs   ·      Opportunity to shape infrastructure standards and best practices   ·      Work at the intersection of IT, real estate, and scientific environments     Candidate Profile (Ideal Fit)   ·      Background similar to senior infrastructure / real estate project leaders   ·      Experience delivering end-to-end facility or infrastructure transformations   ·      Comfortable operating in high-stakes, cross-functional environments   • ·      Based in Bangalore
