This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing real estate and infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet cost, quality, and timeline requirements. The Project Leader will manage vendor and contractor relationships, oversee construction and fit-out activities, and ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, preparing status reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders (such as facilities, finance, and business units), and addressing operational issues in office infrastructure and workspace management. The role also involves optimizing space utilization, supporting sustainability initiatives, and contributing to long-term real estate strategy for the organization. **Role Overview**   We are seeking an experienced **Real Estate & Infrastructure Project Leader** to drive the **end-to-end delivery of lab facility integrations** within a fast-paced M&A environment.  This role will play a critical part in ensuring that newly acquired lab environments are **successfully integrated into IQVIA global standards** , enabling business continuity, regulatory compliance, and scalability.  The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in **infrastructure project management** , with exposure to **lab environments (pharma, biotech, clinical, or R&D)** . Experience in **corporate office real estate projects** is a strong advantage.    **Key Responsibilities**   **1. Infrastructure & Lab Integration Delivery**   ·      Drive **site assessments** to identify infrastructure gaps vs. corporate standards  ·      Lead **planning and execution of lab infrastructure integration projects** , including:  o  Facility server upgrades  o  Equipment relocation and setup  o  Network and IT infrastructure readiness  o  Compliance alignment (safety, regulatory, data integrity)  ·      Ensure seamless **transition of lab operations with minimal business disruption**   **2. Cross-functional Coordination**   ·      Act as the central interface across:  o  IT (network, security, workplace services)  o  Lab Operations / Scientific teams  o  Facilities & Engineering  o  InfoSec and Compliance  ·      Align stakeholders on **project scope, risks, dependencies, and milestones**   **4.
