**Job Description Regional Head - Commercial Banking** Role Purpose The Regional Head - Commercial Banking role at Jana Small Finance Bank is responsible for driving growth, strengthening customer and partner relationships, ensuring portfolio quality, and enabling operational & service excellence within the MSE and Supply Chain ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Drive business acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue enhancement. - Strengthen customer/anchor/vendor/partner relationships depending on the role scope. - Ensure compliance with credit, KYC, risk, and audit standards. - Support customer onboarding, documentation, and relationship deepening. - Collaborate with branches, credit, risk, operations, and product teams. - Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency, and early warning signals. - Enable digital adoption, process efficiency, and service quality improvements.
