Work Experience Role – Regional Head Commercial Credit Cards Function/Department – Credit Cards Location - Gurgaon Job Purpose : Drive acquisition of NTB corporate clients and overall growth of commercial credit card business across assigned cities/region. Responsibilities and Responsibilities: · Strategic sourcing and closure of corporate credit card deals · Portfolio Management - Activation, Converting Payment Flows to Card Spends, First line of collections for delinquent customers, Retention · Source NTB corporate clients across all commercial card variants · Work closely with Corporate & Retail RMs to customize solutions and close deals · Lead client discussions and solutioning · Coordinate UCIC creation and file clearance through retail underwriting · Build external partnerships · Provide market and competitor insights · One Bank approach · Deep knowledge of regulatory guidelines · Customer First attitude and approach · Revenue and profitability · Team and culture building Educational Qualifications: Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA) Industries : Banking, Credit cards, Corporate Payment platforms, NBFCs Experience: 10 – 18 years of experience in relevant fields
