Dear Candidate, We are looking for Regional Operations Manager for Ahmedabad location. ***Role Expectations*** - Streamline and Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times. - Strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain legal and ethical standards. - Oversee service delivery and addressing customer concerns promptly. ***Behavioural Skills*** - Team Management - Communication - Time Management - Risk Management ***Knowledge*** - Home Loan Industry. - Should have handled large volume of files. - Minimum experience 0f 5-7 yrs with Home Loan. ***Focus Areas*** Disbursement & TAT Management - Ensure timely and accurate loan disbursements across all branches in the region - Monitor and optimize Turnaround Time (TAT) for disbursement processes - Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Registration & Banking Operations - Oversee achievement of registration targets (loan agreements, documentation, etc.) - Ensure timely banking of first PDC/EMI instruments - Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements File & Docket Quality - Ensure high standards of file processing and documentation accuracy - Conduct periodic audits of files/dockets to maintain quality benchmarks - Reduce error rates and ensure zero-defect documentation practices Hub Activation & Process Consistency - Drive activation of new operational hubs/branches as per business requirements - Ensure uniform implementation of SOPs and operational processes across all locations - Monitor productivity and consistency across hubs Team Management & Capacity Building - Lead, mentor, and develop branch operations teams - Drive performance management, training, and capability enhancement initiatives - Ensure adequate staffing and succession planning Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal NBFC policies - Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies - Coordinate with audit and risk teams for smooth compliance reviews Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with credit, sales, legal, and IT teams for seamless operations - Act as a bridge between HO and regional branches - Ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer service standards Interested candidates can share their CV at shilpa.sharma@aavas.in Thanks and Regards, Shilpa
