Dear Candidate, We are looking for Regional Operations Manager for Ahmedabad location. Role Expectations • Streamline and Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times. • Strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain legal and ethical standards. • Oversee service delivery and addressing customer concerns promptly. Focus Areas Disbursement & TAT Management • Ensure timely and accurate loan disbursements across all branches in the region • Monitor and optimize Turnaround Time (TAT) for disbursement processes • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Registration & Banking Operations • Oversee achievement of registration targets (loan agreements, documentation, etc.) • Ensure timely banking of first PDC/EMI instruments • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements File & Docket Quality • Ensure high standards of file processing and documentation accuracy • Conduct periodic audits of files/dockets to maintain quality benchmarks • Reduce error rates and ensure zero-defect documentation practices Hub Activation & Process Consistency • Drive activation of new operational hubs/branches as per business requirements • Ensure uniform implementation of SOPs and operational processes across all locations • Monitor productivity and consistency across hubs Team Management & Capacity Building • Lead, mentor, and develop branch operations teams • Drive performance management, training, and capability enhancement initiatives • Ensure adequate staffing and succession planning Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines and internal NBFC policies • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies • Coordinate with audit and risk teams for smooth compliance reviews Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with credit, sales, legal, and IT teams for seamless operations • Act as a bridge between HO and regional branches • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer service standards Interested candidates can share their CV at shilpa.sharma@aavas.in Thanks and Regards, Shilpa
