Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** \\* Source Prime LAP business through DSAs, connectors, and direct market referrals. \\* Develop and manage relationships with existing DSAs and onboard new channel partners to expand business reach. \\* Generate quality leads and achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets. \\* Handle end-to-end customer acquisition, including lead generation, customer interaction, document collection, and application processing. \\* Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical, and underwriting teams to ensure timely sanction and disbursement. \\* Conduct market mapping and identify business opportunities within the assigned geography. \\* Ensure portfolio quality by adhering to company policies, compliance standards, and risk guidelines. \\* Maintain regular engagement with DSAs and connectors through meetings, visits, and business reviews. \\* Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management. \\* Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management throughout the customer lifecycle. **Eligibility Criteria**: \\* Experience: 26 years in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales, preferably through DSA/Connector channels. \\* Product Expertise: Strong understanding of Prime LAP products ranging from 10 Lakhs to 100 Lakhs. \\* Education: Any Bachelors Degree. \\* Age: Below 38 years preferred. \\* Candidate should have a strong local market presence and an existing DSA network. \\* Preference will be given to local candidate Perks and benefits CTC + Mediclaim + Insurance + Allowance Interested candidates can share your updated resume to sasikala.p@jana.bank.in
