With more than 1.5 billion shipments delivered, Shadowfax is shaping the future of commerce movement in India through technology, intelligent automation, and sustainable mobility. **Role Description** This is a full-time Riders role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility where applicable to role-related tasks. Riders will be responsible for picking up and delivering parcels, documents, and packages within assigned routes while ensuring timely, safe, and accurate deliveries. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with dispatch teams, using mobile applications for navigation and delivery updates, and following company protocols for handling shipments and customer interactions. Riders will maintain their vehicles in good working condition, adhere to traffic and safety regulations, and proactively report any issues, delays, or incidents to supervisors. The role requires consistent punctuality, professional conduct with customers and partners, and collaboration with operations teams to meet service-level agreements. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong navigation and route-planning skills, with the ability to use GPS and delivery applications effectively. - Candidates should possess basic communication and customer service skills to interact clearly and respectfully with customers and internal teams. - Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries, meet deadlines, and follow assigned schedules. - Candidates should possess a valid driving license, familiarity with local traffic rules, and the ability to operate two-wheelers or other assigned vehicles safely. - Candidates should possess basic technology skills, including smartphone usage, app-based task management, and digital payment or proof-of-delivery processes. - Physical fitness sufficient for riding, lifting, and handling parcels throughout the workday. - Minimum educational qualification: high school or equivalent; prior delivery or logistics experience is an advantage. - Reliability, integrity, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or peak seasons as required.
