Find out more about us at www.jubilantingrevia.com The Position Organization : - Jubilant Ingrevia Limited Designation and Level: - Research Scientist / Senior Research Scientist - Process Research Location;;;; : - Gajraula Key Responsibilities • Providing Engineering inputs to R and D /Pilot Plant for new product development and process improvement for the existing products. Data compilation for scale-up studies and trials. • Carrying out basic design calculations and preparation of engineering documents/ drawings. • Carrying out checks in plant to ensure that the erection is done as per P and ID's and other guidelines set by BEP. Provide technical support to Production department for pre-commissioning and commissioning of the plant.;;; • Coordination with Team and single handed lead of Project. • Identifying area for process improvements to attain/ exceed the targeted capacity/Yield/Budgeted norms/ Product Specifications. • Co-ordination with cross functional team for pre-commissioning and commissioning products. • Developing and updating Process Design Manuals/SOP's/BPR's/Plant operating manuals. • Daily support to production team for technical challenges. Providing technical input for Mechanization and automation for process improvement and reduce the manual handling • Providing the technical inputs for Implementation of safety standard at site and addressing the environmental issue. • Preparation of documents for HAZOP study/JSA/PSSHER/BPR etc. • Developing and updating BFP, PFD, P and ID's and layout. • Awareness about responsible care (Environment, Health, Safety and Securi
