Job Title: RTM Development Position: Senior Software Engineer Experience: 5-9yrs Category: Software Development/ Engineering Shift: General Main location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full Time Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 7 years of relevant experience. Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer with strong expertise in C and C++ development. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and analytical problem-solving. This role requires the ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions in a dynamic development environment. **Your future duties and responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C and C++. - Analyze business and technical requirements and implement efficient software solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code following coding standards and best practices. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. - Independently own assigned tasks and deliver them within committed timelines. - Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and software quality. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role** - 5+ years of hands-on software development experience using C and C++. - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. - Solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Good communication and collaboration skills. - Willingness to work in shifts (12:00 PM to 9:30 PM). Good-to-Have Skills - Experience with debugging and performance optimization. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. - Experience with code review and software quality best practices. - Exposure to Linux/Unix development environments. - Understanding of multithreading and concurrent programming concepts.
