The company has a strong presence across India, providing career opportunities and growth potential in multiple markets. **Role Description** The Sales Manager Two-Wheeler Loan is a full-time, on-site role based in Chitradurga. This role involves driving sales of two-wheeler loan products through direct customer engagement, dealer and channel partner management, and effective lead generation. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, explaining product features and benefits, completing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth loan processing. Daily responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, meeting sales and collection targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders. The role also requires regular reporting of sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights to support business growth. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in retail lending or consumer finance, preferably in two-wheeler or auto loan sales. - Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive market. - Ability to build and manage relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners. - Good understanding of credit, documentation, and basic financial concepts related to loan processing. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages. - Comfort with fieldwork, market visits, and on-site customer interactions in and around Chitradurga. - Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for reporting and tracking sales activities. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in sales or finance are an advantage. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or automotive finance will be considered an added benefit.
