Its presence extends across India, providing opportunities to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment that values ambition and performance. **Role Description** The Sales Officer role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Dharmapuri. The role involves identifying and approaching potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales for the company’s financial products. Sales Officers manage daily sales operations, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and follow up on inquiries to ensure timely closures. They collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to achieve sales targets, provide responsive customer service, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales cycle. The position requires active participation in local market activities, regular reporting on performance, and adherence to company policies and compliance standards. **Qualifications** - Customer engagement skills, including strong Customer Service and Communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse clients. - Sales and business development skills, such as Lead Generation and Sales Operations experience to drive consistent revenue growth. - Channel management skills, including exposure to Channel Sales to work efficiently with partners and distribution networks. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a results-driven approach and strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Basic understanding of financial products (lending, insurance, or related services) and local market dynamics. - Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for tracking leads, managing data, and reporting performance. - Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant sales experience in financial services is an advantage. - Ability to work on-site in Dharmapuri, maintain professional ethics, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
