Role Description The Sales Officer – Credit Card will be responsible for promoting and selling HDFC Bank credit cards to prospective and existing customers in New Delhi. This full-time, on-site role involves generating leads through various channels, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and benefits, and assisting customers through the application and documentation process. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely processing, tracking applications, and following up to close sales. The Sales Officer will maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities, meet assigned targets, and support branch and channel partners in driving credit card business. The role also requires adhering to compliance, risk, and quality standards while delivering a professional and positive customer experience. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with diverse customers and handling queries effectively. • Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and convert leads into successful credit card sales. • Candidates should possess Channel Sales skills to collaborate with branch teams, partner outlets, and other distribution channels. • Relevant experience in retail banking, financial services, or direct sales is preferred. • Minimum qualification: graduate degree in any discipline • Ability to work with sales targets,.
