**Job description** **Role & responsibilities** **(UCV)** **1.Deliver UCV disbursemet as per productivity norms** **2 Manage, Monitor & Track the portfolio quality by keeping the ED cases as per threshold limits** **3 Completion of PDD on time for the loans disbursed** **4 Self Development** **5 Process Orientation** **Role & responsibilities** **(Used car )** - **Deliver disbursemet as per productivity norms by managing SO productivity** - **Maintain branch profitability** **WIRR to be 17% and PF to be 1.1% PDD Collection Plan** - **Manage and monitor the portfolio quality and follow up with ED cases for timely resolution** - **Training Mandays**
