Its strong presence extends across the length and breadth of India, providing opportunities to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Borivali. The Sales Professional will engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable lending, insurance, and wealth advisory products. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and benefits, and closing sales in line with organizational targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems, following up with existing customers for cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Sales Professional is expected to adhere to compliance guidelines, provide a high standard of customer service, and contribute to the overall growth of the branch. **Qualifications** - Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment. - Customer relationship management capabilities, including active listening, needs analysis, and empathetic communication. - Basic financial literacy and understanding of lending, insurance, and investment products, or willingness to learn quickly. - Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages as relevant to the Borivali market. - Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms for lead management and reporting. - Ability to work on-site, manage field visits in the local area, and collaborate with branch and regional teams. - Prior experience in financial services or consumer sales is preferred but not mandatory; fresh talent with strong potential is also encouraged to apply. - Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant certifications in finance or sales are an added advantage.
