Function: Retail Division: iTrain Location: Kolkata (Head Office) Training Mode: Online & Offline / Physical ABOUT THE ROLE Berger Paints India Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer i-Train to deliver impactful training programs for employees and external business stakeholders. The role involves conducting different mobile application, product, application and technical training for company employees, associates and painters, contractors, architects, dealers, shop boys, other stakeholders etc. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and facilitation skills, relevant training experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate with different stake holder to understand the training requirement. • Plan and conduct monthly training programs through online and offline/physical modes. • Mobilize trainees and ensure effective participation in training programs. • Manage new assignments as required. • Conduct field/site visits and travel as required for training activities. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education: Graduate / Postgraduate. Experience: Minimum 6 Years in sales training Communication • Excellent spoken communication in Bengali, English and Hindi. • Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills. • Powerful and persuasive communication ability. TECHNICAL & DIGITAL SKILLS • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. • Working knowledge of Internet and Email. • Ability to understand and effectively communicate product/application-related technical information.
