Total Experience: 5-9 Years Relevant Experience : 5 years Salesforce CPQ Admin with Configuration ( hands-on development using APEX and Triggers ) Employment Type: Permanent Team: Salesforce Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune We are seeking a Salesforce professional with strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, CPQ configuration, and hands-on development using APEX and Triggers . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce environments, configuring CPQ solutions to support complex pricing models, and developing custom functionality to enhance business processes. Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions. • Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and validation rules. • Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation. • Oversee system upgrades, releases, and integrations. Salesforce CPQ Configuration • Configure product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval workflows. • Implement and optimize quote-to-cash processes. • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to align CPQ functionality with business needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues. Development (APEX & Triggers) • Design and implement custom APEX classes, triggers, and test methods. • Develop Lightning components and Visualforce pages as needed. • Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills & Experience • 5-7 years of Salesforce Administration experience. • Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration (products, pricing, quoting). • Strong hands-on experience with APEX programming and Triggers . • Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder). • Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration. • Salesforce Administrator and CPQ Specialist certifications preferred. Soft Skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and documentation abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
