Job Requirements\\* Candidate must have strong experience (10+ years) in Salesforce ecosystem with at least 4-5 years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions. Required Skills & Experience • Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions. • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance commerce platforms leveraging Salesforce B2B Commerce capabilities. • Deep expertise in: • Salesforce B2B Commerce • Experience Cloud • Sales Cloud • Service Cloud • Commerce Checkout Framework • Buyer Groups • Product Catalog Management • Pricing & Promotions • Order Management concepts • Strong hands-on experience with: • Apex • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • SOQL/SOSL • Flow Automation • Platform Events • Custom APIs • Design integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise applications such as: • SAP • Oracle ERP • OMS • WMS • Payment Gateways • Tax Engines • Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica) • Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, Event-driven Architecture, and asynchronous processing. • Define architecture standards, governance processes, and best practices for large-scale commerce implementations. • Strong understanding of: • Multi-store architecture • Role hierarchy and security model • Sharing rules • Data modeling • Performance optimization • Salesforce governor limits • Experience conducting technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance sessions. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools including: • Copado • Gearset • AutoRabit • GitHub • Azure DevOps • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology. • Ability to provide effort estimations, solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical roadmaps. • Salesforce certification credentials are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities\\* • Define enterprise-level architecture for Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations. • Lead technical solutioning workshops with business and technology stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into scalable commerce solutions. • Guide development teams on architecture, coding standards, and implementation best practices. • Oversee integrations with ERP, OMS, payment systems, and external applications. • Review technical designs and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices. • Drive performance optimization, scalability, security, and maintainability initiatives. • Mentor developers and technical leads. • Support release planning, deployment strategy, and production readiness reviews. • Collaborate with product owners, business teams, architects, and delivery leadership.
