Job description

Responsibilities • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards • Lead development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools, setting coding standards and best practices • Define and enforce data models, security frameworks, and compliance standards across Salesforce environments • Tackle challenging technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability concerns • Champion DevOps practices, including automated testing, Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management • Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and emerging technologies, guiding the team in adopting new features and tools • Experience with Community Cloud/Vlocity (Omnistudio)- Omni scripts, dataraptors, Salesforce CPQ Skills • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities • Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance innovation and practicality • Commitment to quality, scalability, and security in solution design
